If you show up more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will consider you a walk-in and accommodate you the next available spot.​

Please arrive on time; arriving late will limit the time of your service.


We will need to have a credit card on file before making your reservation. As a courtesy for our technicians and other clients, appointment must be canceled within 24 hours in advance; otherwise, same day cancellation fee will be charged with 50% of your scheduled service price.

If you do not call or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged with the full amount of price. 

Parties of 5 or more will need at least 48-hour notice of cancelation. If the group does not show up as reservation, deposit will be forfeited per service that is booked.

Method Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, and Cash.

Gift Card

Gift cards do not expire and may be used towards any service and product that the shop offers.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. 

​Gift cards do not include gratuities.


Dip manicures and gel manicures are guaranteed for 7 days including the date of service.

If you notice chips or lifting in the first 7 days, please promptly contact us to schedule repair at no cost within the 7-day courtesy window.

Any repair after that or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks is $5 each nail.  


Tipping is left to the discretion.

Gift cards do not include gratuities.

​Group Reservation

Group of 5 and more is required 20% deposit at booking.

If the group show up 10-minute after the reservation, the group is considered as walk-in and will be serve at the salon's availability.

Reservation will be canceled automatically after 30-minute late and deposit will not be refunded.

If the group does not show up as reservation, deposit will be forfeited per service that is booked.


Your satisfaction is very importnat to us. If you are not happy with your services, please make us aware of it before paying. We will adjust it to your satisfaction.

No refund will be given after clients leave the salon.


For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance 24/7.

In oder to slow the spread of COVID-19 Virus and protect our staff and customers,  Footopia Nails is practicing in extra measurements beside the beauty standard protocols.

  • We open with partial capacity so clients are seated far apart from each other unless you come with a group.

  • We will screen everyone's body temperature with a touch-less thermometer before entering salon. Staff and client with measured body temperature greater than or equal 100 degrees Fahrenheit will be sent home.

  • ​Masks/ Face shield will be worn all the time. We ask our clients to have mask/ face shield as well. 

  • 7ft tall barrier are placed in between client and staff during service.

  • Touch less payments available: Zelle, Venmo, Paypal

  • Washing hands is recommended before the service.

  • Door knobs, handles, manicure and pedicure stations will be sanitized after each client

  • Please stay home if you have any of these signs or symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, feeling feverish, had close contact with a person who is confirmed to have COVID-19.
